You may have to discuss that with those that operate the SFW. I cannot overlook the risks. Meanwhile, I sent a message to Intrudgero so that we can get out of the deadlock, but I am still waiting for him to respond. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
If we cannot contact them through the wiki at the moment, then the RP goes nowhere. If you can reach them in a chat room somewhere, we could resume it. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
Something tells me that they are too busy to add anything right now. We may have to put it on hold for a while, at least until they can add something. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
If it's a personal Wiki, I don't think it should be affiliated with this one. ~Lazergling 22:08, September 16, 2015 (UTC)

More League stuff
I have created the preliminary tournament page, although we still don't quite have all the members we need. That said, you may begin adding the list of Pokemon you will be using here. If you're not sure how to get the coding to work, give me the list of your Pokemon and I can do it for you. ~Lazergling 19:53, October 12, 2015 (UTC)
I am only referring to Bulbapedia and not taking their stuff (which I am already guilty of...templates...but that's besides the point), so I don't think it's a big deal. If you really have a problem with it though, let me know and I will change the links. I will fix the sprites in the mean time. ~Lazergling 15:04, October 13, 2015 (UTC)
For the round robin, we are using the teams we would use in the actual league (at most one wildcard, monotype otherwise), with the exception of whoever becomes champion. ~Lazergling 13:57, October 14, 2015 (UTC)
Your wildcard is supposed to account for your weakness(es). I also have to worry about my glaring ice weakness. This is also why we're doing this as a round robin. Say you lose only to the Fairy-type specialist simply because of type disadvantage; if you win against most others, your overall ranking won't be negatively affected much. ~Lazergling 17:50, October 14, 2015 (UTC)
HDMaster has noted to me that there are somehow no chat rules posted on this site. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
How could I have missed that one detail on his page? Thank you for fixing it. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
I was wondering if I could make a thread because I'm making a pokemon series and I want some of the users here to help me.
The Round Robin has begun
The round robin will begin tomorrow (Tuesday, November 3, 2015). Make sure you are familiar with the rules before you begin battling (There is a possibility you are not completely up-to-date with them, even if you have read them some time ago). I think the best way for all of us to find another participant to battle is to remain on chat whenever we are available for battling. I also made it so if you haven’t started any battle against anyone, you may still make final adjustments to your team, but once you’ve played against your first opponent, you cannot change your team anymore. And as a reminder, victory is only granted in best-of-three. Good luck, and if you have any questions, message me. ~Lazergling 04:48, November 3, 2015 (UTC)
Uh what's going on I can't seem to make a page cause everytime I do it takes me to the original Pokémon page and I don't want that (Dragonboy546 (talk) 07:36, November 13, 2015 (UTC)Dragonboy546).

Well, I'm rather touched, but the worst I got was an exceptionally loud storm and a bunch of radio warnings from places a county over.
The storm that occurred in your areas is most likely a result of the unusual weather patterns caused by the warming phase of the Southern Oscillation. Be on the lookout for anymore abnormal weather close to your areas. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
So you have noticed? My first comment on here about the Fairy-type was to someone that was openly against it, and as far as circumstances go, I agree. Forgive me for sounding blunt on the next set of sentences, but I have to make it clear. Just so that you're aware, I consider the retroactive retyping and their supposed effectiveness against Dragon-types to be absurd, and it completely breaks the continuity. Those are among the reasons why pre-Generation VI Pokémon that had their type changed to Fairy-type or had Fairy-type added to their types, will defensive-wise and same-type attack bonus-wise be treated as if that had never happened (they will still have Fairy-type, but in battle, they will not be treated as such). Furthermore, their effect against Dragon-types and vice-versa, is reversed. On a different note, as Steel-types go, I have also decided that they will be as they were Generation III-V, in addition to being strong against Fairy-types and well-defended against them.
I have decided on this course because not only will it make more sense, but it will also maintain a strong continuity. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
Hi Uni, I just wanted to let you know that I have now completed the categorization of all templates, except those that have admin-level protections on them. I have also completed the double redirects error reports, except for the admin-level protected ones which I cannot edit. Brady Patrick (talk) 22:52, March 21, 2016 (UTC)
I did both, for the most part. The new wikia ones (I assume you mean the ones at the top of the pages) were worked on for all uncategorized templates, but I did not get to those which are already categorized but don't have those updated types (like data, navbox, design, etc.). If you want, I can also finish the rest of those. Brady Patrick (talk) 18:00, March 22, 2016 (UTC)
Very well. I will check through the templates again and delete any that are useless and irrelevant. Thank you for notifying me, Uni. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
Forgive me, but I am very hesitant about this. I do not wish to make any mistakes in this process from deleting based on assumption. I apologise for this inconvenience. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
Where are you? We must speak of the next user promotion, considering that he meets all the requirements and has shown to be very capable of handling the responsibilities we told him about. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
Greetings, Universal. I was wondering when I could battle with you in the League tournament. Please reply as soon as you can~. Yumoz (talk) 01:29, May 20, 2016 (UTC)

Sal, Uni! Long time no see!
It has been a long time since I last heard from you. Anyways, what I was saying was that earlier on, HDMaster talked to me about possibly becoming an administrator. Looking back, he meets all the requirements. Over eight months have gone by since his last promotion, and during that time, he has shown to be very capable of handling the responsibilities we told him about. Normally I am reluctant to have users promoted to that position, but he has impressed me with how well he handled things over these months.
Why did I say "nominated"? I meant to say that HD has taken into consideration for Lunaflaire as the next featured user, since he feels that it is past time for a new featured user. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
I understand. Future users should feel more secure with that when they join. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
Certainly. I would have done it myself if I had the know-how to do so. わや わや! わや わや! 10:57, May 27, 2016 (UTC)

Why is the category "Category Pages" no longer acceptable for category pages? Brady Patrick (talk) 23:28, May 31, 2016 (UTC)
I was actually doing that to remove them from the error reports (uncategorized categories). For that error report in the future, should I just give each category the category of the user whose page is in that category? Or what am I supposed to do for more general categories, like "males" and stuff like that? Brady Patrick (talk) 02:55, June 2, 2016 (UTC)
Would you be able to specify the important Categories from the Unimportant Cateogires used in the PokeBox templates? This way I can re-add the important Categories to the Template.
For example, would X-type Pokémon be unimportant or important?
The wikia community certainly likes to change things quickly with or without the approval of others. I never really agreed with this change, and it throws everything off when it comes to the staff structure. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
Not only does it throw off the staff structure, but it also defeats part of the purpose of sysop. I say that we leave "Content Moderator" unmarked, unless it overlaps with the administrator promotion, until the community decides to discard "Content Moderator" entirely. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
I stand by what I said. Even though they lack the abilities to block or modify wiki appearance that the actual administrators have, I still oppose this new change and say it is a bad idea. If they had simply added the ability to patrol in addition to their ability to rollback, then it would be different. Them having some of the abilities that were meant strictly for sysop and above? Never. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
I have doubts about this. He has been an important part of our staff since late 2011. We could always set his status as "Away", but I am not so sure about demoting him.
And as for the "Content Moderator" idea you suggest again, I still stand by what I said. I think it's a bad idea, and so I would willingly leave that unmarked, as if "Content Moderator" never existed. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
I never said for us to do nothing. What I am saying is that we are better off leaving "Content Moderator" to gather dust. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
HDMaster - aka HDMaster TALK - I left this message at 01:21, July 10, 2016 (UTC)
Sorry to butt in, but for what it's worth, I agree with the Commander. I have done some research, and the position is BS.
HDMaster - aka HDMaster TALK - I left this message at 21:11, July 10, 2016 (UTC)
Apparently, the position was created for very large, high-WAM wikis who needed a lot of people who could edit protected pages, but didn't want a lot of administrators running around. Now, that's actually a good idea, but the thing that is BS is the fact that it was released as a right for any wikia. I feel that Content Moderator should be kept as a request-only user right, sort of like how JS review is request-only. Content Moderator doesn't have so much importance for a wiki such as this one, so why should we insist on using it?
HDMaster - aka HDMaster TALK - I left this message at 15:10, July 12, 2016 (UTC)
Well, if you want to use the right, go right ahead. It's not like I could stop you.
I still say "No". That is too much power to be given to users lower than administrator. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
I tire of the inactivity among our staff. I will send him a warning, and if he does not respond to that warning and resume his activity within the allotted time... - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
He has responded to me and is back on. He has gone through a difficult time, so the transition back on here will not be as easy as it usually is for him. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
Ah, okay! Thank you very much. Was merely asking because my group is making the wiki simply for reference/archive purposes, so we don't have fifteen bajillion pages on the blog. When the project is up and ready, perhaps I'll show it to you guys! It's actually an old idea a few of you may remember from the Chatango group, but revamped and more interactive! わや わや! わや わや! 13:41, July 20, 2016 (UTC)
I definitely would like that. After all, Video Games Fanon has kinda been in a slump lately, and I feel like having a few affiliations with wikis like this would definitely help it grow. :) - mirai moon - 23:17, July 24, 2016 (UTC)
HDMaster - aka HDMaster TALK - I left this message at 23:48, July 24, 2016 (UTC)
I would like you to join, but I would be worried about your ability to add to the RP, I can't work with less than daily additions, I'm too used to the current RP >.< Also, no one can join the current one, we're almost done, final chapter, wait until the next RP comes out.
With all the Sun and Moon hype, I'm concocting ideas for a Pokemon fanfic/game/whatever. Chances are I'll be around here more often. - mirai moon - 23:50, July 24, 2016 (UTC)

That would be okay, then. I guess.
Of course. Giving Rollbacks the ability to patrol is fine with me. - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
Earlier this month, you said that you would give the "OK" to the Wikia staff. Why am I still the only one patrolling? - Cmdr Lightning (talk)
