The USKR is five regions of the pokemon world combined to one. It is composed of kanto,johto,hoenn,sinnoh and the sevi ilse. It was established one year after Giovanni came to power
History[]
The masked man sent people around regions to find Giovanni. It took Neo Team Rocket one year to find Giovanni and reterning his position to leader again made him the leader. Giovanni had intentions to rule the world. So he sent the Masked Man and his allies in Johto. Later he ordered him to capture more and more regions and controle the population by force. Throughout the colonisation they collaboratedc with other evil teams to control the regions.
