Team Aqua Spark is an exploration team formed by Governor and Leader Mudkip Maculous. The purpose of the team is to ensure that all outlaws are captured and that all treasures are proclaimed under government authority, and to inflict peace and equality in Aevaroen. Recruits are treated just as well as the veterans, those who are just fans of Team Aqua Spark can help make a better world by contributing to their life in a positive way. Team Aqua Spark was formed out of the sheer stress of Mudkip Maculous, but it turned out to be one of the most successful exploration teams in history.

Divisions[]
Divisions are classes ranked into categories to seperate the veteran from the fresh-meat. Those of the higher ranks usually gain the priviledge of doing any mission and have access to any item they want; while those of the lowest ranks receive nothing but an Apple.
Assault Division: Is a division of elite, well trained recruits that are incredibly intelligent and will do any mission in any situation without question. These noble recruits often get to keep their rewards for themselves, but they do have to pay (as all members) the funding of 10% monthly in maintaining the team. Members of this division are given (a maximum of) 3 members of the Recruit Division to command and train. They swear an oath to protect and treat these members as if they were their own. Failure of following the oath results in immediate suspension and de-rank (no priviledge of ever joining the Assault Division ever again). These members are not to expose the identity and any other intel the members do not want to become public, and are to train them in their own manner. Harsh training is acceptable, since they are now apart of the Elite Corp instead of daytime school. These members are referred to their original names instead of the usual codename given to them in recuit day. Codenames are given to protect the identities of new recruits from other outlaws. These members are often treated very strictly about screw ups and failures. Should they fail a mission they receive a warning, second time they are suspended to the Recruit Division for a mere 2 - 4 months. Failure is not tolerated, especially if it involves an outlaw. Should an Assault Division member have a relationship with one of his/her teamates, they are free to express themselves as they wish, to an extent. However this does not change the Code of Command (Members are assigned to their powers and are not to pass down powers to other ranks).

Assault Division 139 - Ledian and Magnemite (Metal Cracker)
Recruit Division: the moderate division of the team. These members have no power over the Assault Division, however they do have a bit of power over the Flesh Division. Members of the Recruit have at least 2-5 years in experience and have moderate training benefits. They are not allowed to have any other follower than their eggs they receive in missions.
Item usage is restricted here. They must have permission of the higher ranks in order to obtain any equipment and Gummis from the Kangashkan Storage; they do get to keep the rewards given to them after missions.
Each member is given a starter "set": An Apple, a Reviver Seed, and an Escape Orb. Any form of giving away these items is up to their own choice. Also, their money is immediately stored in the bank after each mission, they are not allowed to withdraw it unless in emergency situations.
These members are divided into teams of three, they are to be commanded by an Assault Division official until they are eligible. Those who are not chosen have leaders of their own, but the leaders do not have the priviledges as those of the Assault Division.

Flesh Division: This division contains the newest of the new. These members are severly restricted from nearly anything, as the list shows:
- Are not to have access to the Kanghaskan Storage, Kecleon Shop, Duskull Bank, and Croagunk Trade Shop
- Are not to have any rewards from missions
- Are restricted from any mission ranked over C, outlaw missions are completely restricted
- Are not to have any other team members
- Are only given one Apple, items received from missions must be sold for money, which they can keep. Limit is 1500 Poke.
- Are to be trained under the watch of any of the higher rank
- Must swear the Oath of Alligence prior to joining
- Will go under 2 years of training until they are promoted, if they deserve it
- Are given codenames, use of their first name is not acceptable
- Training in any dungeon with strong Pokemon is prohibited
- Are not to own any held items, such as Scarfs and Ribbons
These members are usually the ones who rarely proceed into missions. They usually go under training in designated dungeons. Obtaining a mission is a rare oppertunity among the members. Team Aqua Spark Fund taxes do not apply to these members, they are taken 5% of their income instead of 10%.

Team Creation[]
Team Aqua Spark was planned originally by Mudkip Maculous to serve as a minor team for Team Aqua Leaf. However he did not come up the the name. After conversating with Mudkip, Shinx Sparks suggested that the team should be named Team Aqua Spark. Mudkip, having nostalgia of his older team (the "Aqua" part of the name reminded him of Meganium), agreed. However this was not an official creation, it was merely just a plan and a name. Team Aqua Spark may be just be walking its first steps, but later on in the future it will suceed in many triumphs and victories.
Overthrowment of local authority[]
Before Team Aqua Spark was formed, the Magnezone Police (Commanded by Chief Officer Magnezone) were in charge of hunting down outlaws. However they've only accepted Magnemite, Magneton, and Magnezone into the force, those who wanted to join were refused because they were "different". When Mudkip Maculous submitted the papers for forming Team Aqua Spark, the Chief was outraged. He claims they were doing a fine job and should not have any "vigilantees" imitating them. However the town made a petition, a stunning ratio of 15:1 disagree with Magnezone's point of view.
However Team Aqua Spark was not formed just yet. As a formal Governor, Mudkip was charged for attempting to ovethrow local authority. The charges did not go through, since he points out that he did not intend to overthrow local authority in any ways possible. No evidence supported the charges.
In order to maintain Magnezone's force with Team Aqua Spark, Mudkip wrote an agreement.
"Should an outlaw become eminent, the legal rights claim that the authority has the right to arrest and charge these criminals. Team Aqua Spark will assist in any means possible and will not interfere with police buisness. Any rewards set out should be sent immediately to the Kanghaskan Storage or Duskull Bank for security, and must be handed to the member who assisted with an outlaw's arrest. Chief Officer Magnezone legally has the right to withdraw from an outlaw hunt or to withdraw a team member without question. He also claims the right to arrest any team member who has commited a crime in any form possible. Ignorance in the law is no exception"

Astounded by reading this agreement, Magnezone signed it with no regret. However, those of the town did not want Chief Officer Magnezone to begin arresting those who are innocent (he has a "racial" issue). Five weeks have past, and already 4 team members were unfairly arrested for "tresspassing Police Territory", and rewards were not given to the fullest to the captures. Outraged by Magnezone's actions, Mudkip filed a lawsuit against the Magnezone Police Force for breaking a legal document. Magnezone however laughed at this, he claimed that he did nothing wrong and Team Aqua Spark must disband immediately. When Mudkip announced that he was a Governor of the Secret Federation of Exploration, Magnezone got worried. Technically the Secret Federation of Exploration is the highest (and most secretive) power of government on both the continents Bled and Aevaroen.
Mudkip did win the lawsuit, and Magnezone was put into custody for 5 years and charged for the many crimes he commited out of racism. Those of the local Police force were layed off and began their own lives, some of them joined Team Aqua Spark. Shinx Sparks however was DRASTICALLY confused by this situation. Due to the fact that he was suffering amnesia, all he did during the entire time was laze off on Sharpedo Bluff.
With the Magnezone Police Force gone and Team Aqua Spark now established as the local authority, many became to wonder how Mudkip managed to overthrow Magnezone in the first place. Mudkip pointed out that Magnezone lacked one thing and one thing only: dignity.
A Legendary joins the team[]
During Team Aqua Spark's first years as an official authority figure, they have been sucessfully arresting wanted outlaws in a short matter of time, so short, that the prisons actually asked (once) for them to just hold the prisoners in "camps" while they created new prisons.
Shinx Sparks, now an Assault Member, was assigned to explore the depths of Midnight Forest for a sacred treasure known as a Soul Dew. It was very high valued on the blackmarket. Mudkip wanted to secure the Sould Dew from smugglers and such. Shinx, as young and lively as he was, set off happily towards his destination.
As he approached the entrance of Midnight Forest, he noticed that he was not getting tired (he walked 500 miles straight), so he layed down for a small rest to relax his muscles, unaware that he was infact part machine. From the trees, a figure dashed at Shinx, shrilling very loudly. Shinx, awokened by this, was tackled at Mach 1. The attacker was none other than Cheryl Eon. She was holding the Soul Dew and warned Shinx that he cannot touch it no matter what he does to her. Despite showing the offical Team Aqua Spark emblem (as shown above) and claiming he only wanted to secure it from smugglers, Shinx was forced to battle Latias out of ignorance.
After a short and brutal fight, Shinx won. Latias, heartbrokened, gave the Soul Dew to Shinx as apart of the deal. Shinx felt bad from taking the Soul Dew from her. He then asked Latias if she wanted to join Team Aqua Spark, whom agreed without hesitation. She flew back to town with Shinx on her back, and both of them began to develop a high distaste in one another.
The Soul Dew was placed in a secret chamber, away from the public eye. Mudkip, surprised by Latias's appearance, asked why she was there. Cheryl said that she must be with that Soul Dew no matter where it is. Both dumbfounded and surprised, Mudkip asked Latias if she could kindly leave.
Latias refused, and so Shinx was ordered to "distract" Latias as Mudkip finds out what the Soul Dew is. Shinx, now having a deep hatred against Latias, offered with regret to take her out to Beach Cave. Claiming that she was no weakling, both Latias and Shinx started a brutal brawl near the CrossRoads. Team Aqua Spark Assault Members, Yammega and Marshtomp, ceased the fighting shortly after it began. Latias demanded that she should have the Soul Dew back. Mudkip (later on) kindly gave it back, but as Latias began to leave, Mudkip began noticed that there was no Latios around. He asked where he was, Cheryl replied "He's with me". Mudkip suddenly realized that the Soul Dew did not contain just energy, and so he asked her if she wanted to join as a Flesh Division member. Latias, considering a job, accepted. She did point out that she would not work with Shinx in any way whatsoever; Shinx agreed vice versa.
Mudkip warned her that she does not have any power over higher ranks, Shinx was a higher rank than Latias. Outraged, Cheryl demanded that she was made higher rank than Shinx. Considering the fact that she is a Legendary and she does have the skills of combat and survival knowledge, Mudkip (out of the urge to stop the fighting) made her the same rank as Shinx. Shinx was outraged as well, but Mudkip warned Shinx and Latias that he could kick them out of the team should they start another brawl. The duo's hatred grew stronger each day as they matured; but ironically, many MANY years later, Shinx and Latias became married and had four kids together (Carl Sparks, Sarah Sparks, Mark Sparks, and Scarlet Sparks); their bond being so strong that it is impossible to tell how much they love each other.
Old foes combine as one[]
As Team Aqua Spark became more and more well known, a group of theives known as Team CrossSkull targeted Mudkip for his wealth and status. They had formed a plan where one of them asks to join the team, then after 1 month of training, the intel that is acquired will become very useful when tracking down secured treasure. Mudkip was well aware of this. He immediately refused the "member" from joining. Out of sheer stupidity and rage, the "member" attacked Mudkip. Mudkip's speed and reflexes proved to strong for the offender, and the offender was sent to prison for attacking an Aqua Spark Official.
The leader of Team CrossSkull, Gengar, was very angry about this failure. Skunktank, who's second in command, suggested that they attack Team Aqua Spark as one. This idea was resorted later on.
Many days later, Weezing and Crobat ambushed Shinx and Latias during their daily exploration. The fact that the duo (Shinx and Latias) hated each other was very troubling indeed. Latias fled while Shinx attempted to fight off the outlaws. He was immediately strangled by Arbok, then was knocked out by Medicham's Focus Punch. He was later found badly injured by a tree, blood smeared upon his chest and face.
Mudkip was enraged when he found Shinx in this state, he suspended Latias to Recruit Division for 5 months for abandoning Shinx. Shinx was put into hospital; the doctor said it will take several days for him to recover. Mudkip then formed a secret division known as the Elite Corp. It consisted of a well balanced team: Mudkip, Yammega, Metagross (was hired and payed), and a Lucario (was hired and payed). They began preparing for the outlaw hunt 2 days after forming, unaware that a CrossSkull spy was monitoring their every move. As they began set off, they were immediately attacked by a Tyranitar and a Magmorator at the CrossRoads. The type disadvantages eventually lead to everyone's defeat, and CrossSkulls managed to steal one of Mudkip's most prized possesions: the Speed Tag. Up to this very day, CrossSkull still remains at large. So far Weezing, Crobat, and Skunktank were arrested. The CrossSkull leader Gengar was arrested several weeks before the prior Pokemon; however there is a new leader, one more terrifying and more cunning than Gengar. She is yet to be revealed.
A familiar appearance[]
It has been several months ever since CrossSkulls attacked, Mudkip, now more alert than ever, wanted all outlaws to be questioned before they go into custody. One outlaw that was captured, named Treecko (for attempting to steal a Time Gear) knew who the leader of CrossSkulls was. Treecko was the hardest outlaw to arrest, since his speed and endurance outmatches Mudkip's. Latias, now re-promoted, wanted Treecko to be set free, since Treecko does claim that he did not intend to steal it. Treecko however was put into custody. Mudkip, now knowing and surprised by who the leader was, immediately tracked down and arrested the new leader: Terra.
Outbreak of Darkness[]
Shinx, now older, became a veteran explorer during the same time as Darkrai returned. Cresselia, who was temporarily with Aqua Spark, told Mudkip that Darkrai was more powerful than ever. Using Shuppet and Murkrow minions, Darkrai took over Treasure Town and engulfed it in a nightmarish dome, blocking out the sun. Everyone except for Shinx, Latias, and Cresselia was put into an endless nightmare. Darkai, noticing the Pokemon, immediately attacked Shinx on sight. Shinx still shares a deep hatred with Latias, a lack of coordination and cooperation lead to both of their downfalls. Injured by friendly attacks and Darkai's, the two were taken away to the Guild, now reconstructed as the Castle of Clouds. Cresselia attacked Darkrai, with very little sucess. Darkrai however did not strike back at her, he simply dodged attacks through ghostly phasing. Cresselia was restrained and put into a prison with Shinx and Latias.
With the Secret Society now in full strength, they noticed the dome of darkness from a distance. Spirit, a proffesional Seraph pilot, was sent to scout out the situation. Spirit, narrowly evading the clutches of a horribly disfigured Giratina, returned with this intel. Frederic was shocked by the report, and immediately prepared an army to invade Treasure Town and take it back. Troops of thousands, trained for any type of terrain were sent via Speed Boats, while 411 Raptors and Seraph Fighters swarmed the skies. Frederic himself monitored the situation from the Cobra IV.
The attack was very successful. Treasure Town was released of this curse, and the prisoners were set free. The minions were eliminated on sight while Darkrai fled into the shadows. The SS departed once the Pokemon awoken, leaving a great meeting yet to happen.
The Hunt for the Corrupted[]
Suffering from a defeat, Team Aqua Spark attempted to restore the town's glory. However, lacking faith in Aqua Spark, most of the civilians did not trust Aqua Spark due to their lack of protection. There was one way to restore the town's faith, it involves hunting down their own kind.
Most Recruit Division and Flesh Division Pokemon have gone insane from the attack, and were causing civil disobedience, riots, murders, and such. Mudkip, determined to restore the town's order, had formed a division known as the "Rough Necks". Using fear and force, the Rough Necks have already arrested 5 "leaders". Shinx, being apart of the Roughnecks, sought this situation to arrest Cheryl Eon for her "attempts to attack Team Aqua Spark divisions". Cheryl however, now knowing who Shinx really was, payed and used the Rough Necks to ambush Shinx and dispose of his body.
It worked with astounding and surprising sucess, Shinx was badly injured by his own teamates, and worse, killed by Cheryl Eon herself. Mudkip, satisfied that they have gotten rid of an "imposter of a Shinx", had finally restored order in the town now that the majority of the Corruption was gone.
Shinx however was heartbrokened by Cheryl's attempt, he revisited her as a spirit to tell her how much he was sorry to her. Due to Shinx's framing on the Death of Michael Eon (Latias's brother), and that the fact that she hated Shinx, she refused to ever talk to him. After this short and heartbreaking conversation, Shinx was never heard or seen from ever again.
Fall of the Guild[]
Concerned that similar events may happen in the future, Mudkip asked the Guild (Chatot) should Team Aqua Spark become an independent exploration team. As stubborn and erratic as he is, Chatot said no. Mudkip however was determined. He formed an independent team known as Team Assault, made up of the Assault Division. From there, Mudkip ordered them to dissassemble the Guild piece by piece until nothing remains.
Chatot, aware of this oncoming attack, prepared the entire Guild for a defensive push back against Team Assault. Sadly, Team Assault's well-trained members proved to be too powerful for the Guild's members. Wigglytuff, enraged by this attempt, tried to push Team Assault back with his powerful YOOMTAH attack. Team Assault was well prepared. Latias and Ledian both used Safeguard and Protect to protect the team from the YOOMTAH attack. Tired, and defeated, Wigglytuff fell. The Guild was dissasembled that night, only to be rebuilt as a tower similar to the Galactic Building in Veilstone. The Guild's members were sentenced to prison, and a new order was issued.
State of Depression[]
With the Guild now gone, the town's people became more and more afraid of Team Aqua Spark. Mudkip, prepared for future outbreaks and such, established well trained security guards that patrol the city for any civil disobedience. Mudkip had also cut the taxation and treasure policy for Explorers, allowing them to keep a full reward on Explorations. This lead to a state of depression, as the Kecleon Brother's closed their shop doors because they could not pay their bills.
Following the closing of the shop came the closure of the Electrivire Link Shop. Concerned about even more drops in the stock markets, Mudkip formed the Spinda Cafe will full permission. With the opening of the cafe, sales increased ten-fold. However only those of an Exploration team can enter the cafe, those without a badge must sign up and pay 500 Poke in order to become a Flesh Division member. Most Pokemon couldn't afford to even put food on the table. Jobs were lost as more shops closed down, this eventually lead to a State of Depression.
To make it worse, Mudkip had even made a law that claims that any Pokemon willing to be an explorer must be a member of Team Aqua Spark. He also wrote that any teams caught being "independent" will be arrested and tried for "treason against the government". Outraged by law and hunger, the civilians attacked the tower later that month. Mudkip's "members" fought back valiantly, which forced the civilians to move out of town.
With the stock markets still low and almost every shop closed (Spinda's Cafe still made great buisness), Mudkip started to form smugglers that would take treasures and sell them within the black market system. Latias, and a few other Assault members were concerned about Mudkip's rising insanity. They later cuffed him up and "de-throned him" from leadership position.
Things get even worse...[]
The Red Tail Force, currently battling the Secret Society for control of the continent "Bled", sought to find a location where they can set up a camp. Treasure Town, or what was Treasure Town, became their prime target. Without warning, the tower was bombarded by Vampire Vehicles. It crumbled to dust, only Latias and Mudkip had survived the building's collapse, along with Yammega and Marshtomp.
Red Yoshi, thought of the town to be deserted, setted up camps in the "downtown area". Buildings that stood for centuries were knocked down and new bases emerged. War vehicles were moved in, and troops trained within the area. This made Treasure Town look more like a military base. Spinda's Cafe, still standing and serving customers, was eventually stripped down because of their "disgusting shakes". Several days have past, the Ocean became no more than a dumpsite for sludge and sewage. The Beach became containminated, the Krabby were poisoned and killed by the sewage. Treasure Town was no more.
Upon finding the surviving Aqua Spark members, they were forced to serve in the Red Tail Force, or die trying to fight against it. The team members were supposed to be sent into war a month later, but the fall of the Arcia Cruiser caused the Red Tail Force to abandon Team Aqua Spark to their fates.
Suffering from training and lack of sleep, the members quickly rested. They were scarred for life, as instructors introduced them into how to kill a Pokemon and how to use a weapon. Mudkip was now sane once more.
The Return of a Legend[]
With Treasure Town in construction, Latias (Mudkip was arrested for several reasons), now in command of Team Aqua Spark, wanted the town to be equal again. She rebuilt old shops, restored the Guild, and stripped down whatever the Red Tail Force had left behind. Marsthomp did keep a X-26 Jeep for transportation needs. Roads were built for this vehicle, and soon the town's civilians returned and Treasure Town became lively and happy as it was before.
During her flies down the Beach, which has been restored with the aid of the Shaymins, Latias was encountered by Shinx once more. She now had forgotten her grudge against Shinx, and they both talked about their lives. Shinx, whom was happy to see her again, told her that she had great potential, and that he would be watching over her. Cheryl was heartbrokened, she regretted ever killing Shinx and told him that she wanted him to come back. Shinx, heartbrokened too, told Latias that he can not return for as long as he shall live, and told her to move on in life.
With a saddened goodbye, both parted their ways. Shinx watched over Latias like he promised, and Latias, knowing that he was there, thought of Shinx each day. The two loved and cared for each other past the point of love afterlife, and soon, they shall be re-united once more.
Unown Origins[]
After the heartbreaking goodbye, Latias moved on in her life. She conducted a full-blown exploration involving all Assault Members. The destination was Aegis Cave, rumours told of a statue that represents a Pokemon that pulled all the continents together and created them. Latias, determined to see the statue for herself, set off in a 3-Pokemon Tag Team: Yammega, Marshtomp, and as well as herself.
Going to Aegis Cave was not easy. Storms brewed, as during that time of year the Gyarados preformed their traditional Rain Dance ceremonies, causing many rampant storms on the south-west part of Aevaroen. With food already rationed by Marshtomp, and the lack of Poke to purchase anything, Latias was close to cancelling the exploration. They did come across a monument, with the faded message "...gas tied the continents as one...thank you ...gas...". Yammega suggested that maybe oxygen was being mentioned in that message. Latias did not stand down from this however, she advanced onwards with the rest of her team. Eventually they reach the entrance of Aegis Cave, however Team Charm, wanting to see the treasure too, provoked a brawl with Latias's team out of competition. Team Charm lost badly towards Latias's team, and fled because they were afraid that Latias might "eat them for supper".
With victory in their hands, Latias and her team explored the cave, knowing that Unown Stones are needed to advance each room. Before they got their last Unown stone, a strange, rather flat-feeling Unown seemed to follow them around. This Unown was a ! Unown, he does not do anything but yawn and talk boredly about his life. Marshtomp, immediately seening this Unown, attacked without a word. The Unown fought back valiantly, it seemed to have acquired the moves Hyper Beam, Focus Blast, and Double Team. Latias, impressed with this Unown, asked if it could join Team Aqua Spark. It refused, already worried about "when my life will end".
Later, after a rather strange passover of the rooms that were containing the three (missing) Regis, Latias and her team came across a statue of Regigigas, Regirock, Regice, and Registeel. Marshtomp, dumbfounded by these statues, proceeded to touch one of them. The statues came to life and immediately knocked out Marshtomp. Latias and Yammega, completely unprepared, were easily downed by Regigigas and his three Regis. At the mercy of Regigigas, Latias told it that she only wanted to see the statue and touch nothing else. Regigigas did not understand Latias and assumed she was after the treasure of the Concealed Ruins (the main entrance to that dungeon was sealed off and can only be accessed through Aegis Cave).
When things seemd to end, the same Unown appeared and spoke the Regi's ancient tongue. Telling them that they were not intruders, the Regis completely understood and healed Latias and her team. They apologized for the senseless attack, and dissapeared within the dungeon. The doors to the Concealed Ruins opened up, but Latias thought of her provoking the Regis and refused to move on. Surpringly, that was the test of Aegis Cave, to see who's greedy and who's caring. Regigigas, realizing her response, gave her the power to experience other's thoughts, but only of those she really trusts. Latias, still thinking about Shinx, asked the Regi if it could revive him. It (with a head shake) calmly gestured no. Latias, still saddened about Shinx, left the dungeon with her team.
The Unown became interested in the lifestyles of the team members and decided to hightail along wihtout warning them. Once they had returned to Treasure Town, the Unown then replaced Xatu's Treasure Shop and renamed it "Uno's Sealed Barriers". He did preform the same job as Xatu, however, he did not charge anyone for the job. His lack of personality and feeling scares the Pokemon who come to his shop, many even refuse to pick up Treasures in dungeons because of Uno's lack of "soul".
Team Aqua Spark becomes a "group-leader-team"[]
Going to Team Aqua Spark, Latias and her teamates rested for several days after the exploration. Latias still had Shinx in her thoughts, was saddened that Shinx cannot ever returned. After being reminded of Shinx in her exploration, she willingly gave up herself as leader and re-assigned Volt, whom was avoided of a prison sentence. The Team members were outraged, they did not want Volt running the system again. Another member, a Bulbasaur known as Bud, asked Secret Exploration Federation Minister Scizor to make Team Aqua Spark a group-runned exploration team, Scizor willingly accepted, but Volt was outraged. He quit the exploration team shortly after it was assigned as a "group-leader-team".
Team Cross-Skull's return[]
Many were not happy of Team Aqua Spark's success's however. A rogue team member, FatalZap (Electrivire), gathered those who wanted Team Aqua Spark eliminated. He formed groups of mercenaries, smugglers, rogues, criminals, and others who were brought to justice by Team Aqua Spark. FatalZap, knowing of their arch-enemy Team CrossSkull, formed an agreement with whatever remains of that team and his team. The agreement was to share land once Team Aqua Spark was defeated.
With Team Aqua Spark lacking leadership, things went uncoordinated and fights started within the team out of disagreement. Many of the town's folks were scared to go outside because Team Aqua Spark was seperated into two "gangs": Team Aqua, and Team Shock. Those of Team Aqua loved to keep the peace around town, and protect ancient treasures. Team Shock believed in hunting down outlaws and rescuing Pokemon in distress. Territories were "marked" in Treasure Town between the two, those who were of the other team were captured as prisoners. No Pokemon was set to prison, however.
The new alliance (Team CrossSkull and FatalZap's team) viewed this as an opportunity to break Team Aqua Spark apart by spreading rumours and eventually breaking down the team. Both Team Aqua and Team Shock fell for the rumours and a "war" started between the two teams. Any caught in the hands of the other teams were executed on site. A death toll of 30 Pokemon died in this sensless war.
It should be noted that Latias Eon did not participate in this war, nor did Yammega and Marshtomp. They were labled as "The Outsiders" by the other "teams". The three-Pokemon team then proceeded to attempt to acquire peace between the two teams. The "new alliance" interefered and attacked any Pokemon on site. The death toll was increased by 60%, counting on all teams, except for Latias's team. Civilians were not allowed to interfere, however all teams are forbidden to ever attack civilians randomly.
Fed up with both Team Aqua Spark and the "New Alliance", the civilians fought back in massive numbers. All teams were eventually arrested and put into prison. Latias's team remained untouched, the civilians viewed them as role models because of their attempt at peace during the "war". Having no choice, Latias was set up by the Secret Exploration Federation as Minister of the Aevaroen Region. Her other teamates were set up as workers for the Federation, which was a priviledge. Mudkip was enraged by this, now that Latias has acquired a higher state than he is. He pointed out clearly that Latias did not go through the education and work experience required in order to acquire such a position. Due to his near-prison sentence, the Federation fired Volt out of remembering his actions prior to Darkrai's attack. Volt moved back to the continent Bled, and was never heard from again.
Time Gear's Warnings...heed to the call of Time[]
The five Time Gears, that were said to be incharge of the world's timeline, were being sucked out of their energy. This energy absorbtion is not artificial, it is natural. Time Gears have a certain "expiry date", they are said to lie in dormant states for thousands of years until they restore their energy. Pokemon who are caught in this time-stopping blast usually stay trapped in time until the thousand years have past; no Pokemon can last that long.
The first warning was Crystal Cave, where Azelf, noticing the crystal's strange behavioural patterns (they were red instead of blue), was too late to realize that his Time Gear was about to collapse. Trapped in time itself, along with the Pokemon within Crystal Cave, that dungeon became nothing more than a silent cave filled with frozen statues of those who were once Pokemon.
Vigoroth, hearing of this news, sought Latias's aid in restoring time before another crisis hits. Latias, determined to keep the town safe, gathered up her team and ventured off to Temporal Tower, where Dialga, the keeper of Time, lives. On their way there, they've noticed that Lapras was behaving quite strangely. This was because Lapras was infected by a ravaged virus that causes a Pokemon to go completely savage. With regret, the team had no choice but to kill off Lapras before he could do anymore harm.
With no transportation, it looked hopeless for the team to travel to the Hidden Land. Latias did not give up, she used a Speed Scarf and told the others to hang on to her wings. Fast as the speed of light, they traveled to a rather ravaged and nearly destroyed Hidden Land. The Temporal Tower remained where it was, however, and a short flight to the top eventually brought the team to, not Dialga, but another strange Dialga. This Dialga was in Primal Form, but was completely in control of himself. He is three times taller than a normal Dialga. This Primal Dialga, is none other than Roy Sparks.
Roy was surprised by Latias's arrival and asked why they ventured so far. Latias explained briefly about what's happening to the Time Gears, then she questioned why Dialga was not in her post. Roy, having a bit of the Darkness in him, told Latias that it was his doing. He is absorbing the Time's energy in order to help him visit the Other World. Yammega and Marshtomp scolded Roy for being a traitor to Pokemon kind.

Latias and her team was forced into a hopeless battle against the ancient Forgotten Leader. One by one, each member fell quickly and at the brink of death. Latias, being the last alive, stood her ground and fought back with all her might. Just when things seemed to end for Latias, a figure saves her from death's eye. This figure was none other than Shinx Sparks.
"My last contribute..."[]
Latias was very very surprised and happy that Shinx came to assist her. Without a word he quickly gave her a firm hug, then proceeded to battle his own father. Roy, angered by Shinx's actions, told him that he will kill him for betraying his own race. Shinx did not care about his race anymore, all he cared about was "my last contribute...". With those words, he drew his Energy Blade, and fought an even match against his father for the peace of Origin.
Sword and claws clash against each other as time dies slowly in their hands. Shinx then stopped the fighting, by allowing Roy to absorb half of his energy in order to restore the Time Gear's powers. Roy, viewing this as an opportunity to destroy Shinx, accepted. In a quick flash of light, Shinx's deal was not followed, and instead, Roy absorbed all of Shinx's energy for himself. Claiming total victory, he fled to the other world, leaving Shinx and the others to die on Aevaroen. Latias couldn't do anything but cry on Shinx's dead body....
The Great Creator, Arceus, was very displeased with Roy's actions. He telepathically gave Shinx the power to restore the Time Gears. Shinx, now ressurected, stumbled to the middle of the Spire, slamed whatever remains of the Time Gear Slots, and put the world into temporary frozen time. After an instant, time reverted back to normal. The Time Gears glowed and hummed as life slowly restored on Origin.
Latias was tearful when Shinx returned. She immediately hugged Shinx and told him how much she has missed him. Shinx, feeling the same, told Latias that he'll always be there for her. With Shinx back in the team, and peace finally restored, it seemed that Team Aqua Spark's story was about to end...or...so was it?
Life after the Final Stand[]
Wars, rebellions, invasions, mutiny, any type of siege that caused conflict occured later on in Team Aqua Spark's life. New friends were made, as were new foes. Technology advanced, which allowed Team Aqua Spark to modernize on Origin. New members joined the team as old ones retired. Life is basically a new beggining to Team Aqua Spark, as many adventures still lies ahead of them...
Brief summary of what happened:
- Team Aqua Aura began a war with Team Aqua Spark, but eventually they found out Destroyer was responsible for the war. They formed an alliance to eliminate Destroyer and his army, which worked successfully. Even Red Yoshi joined this new alliance.
- Shinx met up with Imperial Sovereign Commander Vykhtor Lighsttrom. They did go off in a rather bitter start, but they eventually became very close brothers
- Shinx becomes insane several times due to his Destructo Chip V200
- Shinx meets Infinity, basically off to a good start
- Shinx and Latias got married in Winnipeg, Manitoba
- Lucario, saving Earth from a nuke, caused a nearby cruiser known as the Archon to draw it's attention on Earth. Chris Blackwind, being the main commander of the ship, landed on Earth and met up with the rest of the team. Shinx and Chris became very comparible to each other, their combat skills almost equal in experience.
- A young Riolu known as Primal joined this group, he is a son of Desmond (Giratina) along with his brother, Terios.
- The Destructo Chip V200 was destroyed
- Malide Rebels invade Earth, hereos fought back valiantly. New chip was inserted into Shinx's memory: Destructo Chip Z
- Shinx quits fighting, Chris takes over some parts of the world out of Corruption
- Shinx returns to fight, dies fighting Chris, then is revived
- Many wars and betrayals occured later on, Shinx died fighting on Origin, never came back, along with Latias Eon, Mark Sparks, and Carl Sparks

- Team Aqua Spark was supposed to be originally named Team Exploration.
- Shinx Sparks is more of a leader of the team instead of Mudkip and Latias
- Seldom Pokemon occupy the Assault Division
- The use of dropped items from Legendary is prohibited in Team Aqua Spark
- No other Legendary joined the team asides from Latias and Latios Eon
- The emblem was made to symbolize Mudkip's point of view on the world. (Unkown how it does)
- Shinx was thought to be 12 when he joined the team, but since he was suffering amnesia, it is not official.
- Mudkip was 17 when he created the team.
- Latias Eon was the largest Pokemon (21'9) out of all members, but an accident in the Coral Springs dungeon shrunk her to Shinx's size.
- Team Aqua Spark does fund towards the shops in town, which is why most citizens have a good rapport with the team.
- Mudkip has the legal right to own more than 1 exploration team
- Yammega somehow reminded Shinx (faintly) of his best friend who died: "Visor"
- Marshtomp and Mudkip rarely know each other
- Shinx's childish pranks sometimes caused the entire team to restrain him from any more pranks (record was 15 days).
- Many were surprised to find out that Mudkip was in charge of the team, not Shinx. An "election" was held, but Shinx lost by 2 votes.
- When Cresselia temporarily joined the team, she did have a crush on Shinx Sparks
- After the battle on Temporal Tower, the entire team became so organized, so fair in functioning that they were named 2nd best Exploration Team on Origin by the Federation. 1st is Volt's team: Team Aqua Leaf.
- Team Aqua Spark is stilll infamous despite what they have done.
- Kurou, a Pokemon Trainer, has a symbol on his sword that resembles the Aqua Spark symbol.
