Tabitha (Japanese: ホムラ Homura) is a recurring character in Pokémon Resurgence. He is one of the Admins of Team Magma.
History[]
Tabitha is revealed to have previously worked for Devon Corporation, where he was nicknamed Tabitabi (Japanese: ホムホム Homuhomu), and that he helped Team Magma gain access to their research, thus assisting them in the creation of the Magma Suit.
Pokémon Resurgence: Emerald[]
Tabitha first appears in Fight for the Meteorite after stealing the Meteorite from Professor Cozmo at Meteor Falls and bringing it to Maxie at Mt. Chimney. When everyone arrives at Mt. Chimney, they enter Team Magma's hideout where Tabitha engages them in battle to prevent them from stopping Maxie who is attempting to awake Groudon. He ultimately loses and Maxie's attempt fails.
Tabitha is next seen at the Mossdeep Space Center, intending to steal all of their rocket fuel and make Mt. Chimney erupt. Ashe teams up with Steven in a Multi Battle against Maxie and Tabitha, who retreat after being defeated.
He is next seen Gaining Groudon. Maxie is preparing to awaken Groudon at Seafloor Cavern and Tabitha enters the Cavern to express his concern to Maxie about the weather conditions created by Groudon. After Groudon's awakening, Tabitha and Maxie head to Sootopolis City, where they give Barry the Magma Suit.
Appearance[]
Tabitha is a short, heavier man, whose red eyes are usually closed. He has short hair in a side parting, and wears a dark red ribbed jersey with yellow cuffs under a paler red and black zig-zag vest with a large V neck, red shorts over dark red ribbed long socks and large red ankle boots. Unlike the others, Tabitha usually does not wear his hood on, which is decorated with yellow horns.
Personality[]
Tabitha is seen as the brains of the two Team Magma Admins. He is also considered as Maxie's right hand man as Tabitha usually stands beside him at all times. Tabitha is seems to be a humorous person, as he usually chuckles and laughs, before and after battles.
Tabitha is popular with Team Magma Grunts because of his helpfulness. Rumors suggest he aims to succeed or replace Maxie as the head of Team Magma.
