These are the prior requirements for becoming a staff member, descriptions of what they do, and a mess of regulations. Please use the forums to nominate. You must nominate others, and you can't nominate yourself. A user should preferably become a moderator before a rollback, but must be a rollback before an administrator. It also takes a week for one nomination to go through, then a minimum of two weeks to prove you can handle the responsibilities. Staff members must visit this page often.
Moderator
These users watch the wiki for trouble, monitor the chat, and can make deeper changes to the forums. If any trouble (such as vandalism) occurs, they are to notify the Rollbacks and Administrators so that they can put an end to the problem. They are expected to be friendly to other users and promote community harmony.
Voting is not required for this position, and it can be given to any user that meets the requirements of 250 edits here and/or 750 edits cross-wikia, and consistent editing of at least 10 edits per week. There are less stringent requirements for users who are active in the social life of the wiki and/or on Discord. Moderators are expected to be active and alert.
Admins-in-Training
Like moderators, these users monitor wiki activity for problems. In addition to moderator abilities, they are given the privilege to revert multiple edits from the same user on a page in order to more-easily revert vandalism and also are expected to monitor the wiki. Consequently, a rollback is to act as a junior admin and help out the community. 750 edits and a good community record are expected before applying.
A user must have the consent of one administrator, and all bureaucrats in order to be given this position.
Sysop/Administrator
These are trusted users that are expected to carry out the duties of those with fewer privileges, as well as use extra features, such as...
- Deleting and undeleting pages and page histories. Administrators can also delete uploaded files, but cannot undelete them.
- Locking (protecting) a page so it can not be edited or renamed by users without admin rights.
- Blocking IP addresses or user names from editing; and very quick "rollback" of undesirable edits.
- Editing the interface by changing system messages and skins.
- Blocking problem users
They are also in charge of problem solving, and usually have a special duty to perform, such as coding authority, roleplay authority, ambassador, grammar authority, and fanfiction authority.
To be an administrator, they must have at least 1750 edits. Prior experience running a wiki is preferred, and at least 8 months of seniority on this wiki and being active while in training is required. They must also show leadership potential and be friendly to others, and be in good standing.
Voting Requirements: All staff approval. Must also have at least 50% of the Active User vote found in Special:Statistics. Voting for this position takes one month.
- Note: This is the highest position that a user can be promoted to under normal circumstances.
Bureaucrat
These users are in charge of all functions on the wiki, along with the Admin and Rollback teams. In addition to having Sysop powers, they can promote users that have met the requirements, and demote those who fail their responsibilities. The users in the position of Bureaucrat are to be taken seriously, as this would be the position on a CEO in a company.
- Note: Because this is the highest rank, it is restricted under normal circumstances.

- Probation periods for staff -- If they break another rule during the probation, they will be either demoted, blocked or both, depending on the rule(s) broken.
- It is a bureaucrat's job to do the above in addition to enforce the guide and rules on the other staff members, as well as break ties and take executive actions.
